Update repository: `$ sudo apt-get update`
Install Apache: `$ sudo apt-get install apache2`
Install PHP including components for Apache: `$ sudo apt-get install php libapache2-mod-php`
Restart Apache: `$ sudo service apache2 restart`

How to Create an Amazon Ubuntu Instance:
